Description

Viking's ideal home

Viking is a handsome, three-year-old Pomeranian who brings joy to everyone who is lucky enough to meet him! He’s a friendly and affectionate boy, especially when in the company of people he knows, but can be a little can feel overwhelmed if there’s too much attention all at once. He’s looking for a calm and peaceful home environment, where the youngest members of his family are of an older, primary-school age and able to be respectful of his space when he needs it. Viking needs to be the only pet at home and is not a fan of other dogs invading his personal space. However, he’s fine with polite dogs that respect his boundaries and is happy to have walking buddies with other calm and well-mannered pooches! Viking loves his walks but prefers quieter areas and can become anxious in busier areas like high streets or markets. As a long-haired breed, Viking does need regular grooming to keep his coat looking its best. He is toilet trained and does well with regular potty breaks but may need some support getting back into a routine. He’ll also need time to adjust to being left alone, so his adopters will need to build up his leaving times gradually.

Could you be Viking's perfect match?

Ultimately, Viking is looking for a calm, loving home where he can feel secure and cherished. Once he’s settled in, he will be your loyal companion, enjoying cuddles on the sofa, relaxing walks in quiet areas, and most importantly, playtime! He loves his toys—especially squeaky ones—and gets excited when you throw them. His joyful spins and jumps will have you smiling in no time!

Pomeranian Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Pomeranian.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
